  • The initial consultation is an in-depth wellness assessment of up to 90 minutes, designed to explore your current health concerns, medical history, diet, and lifestyle habits.

    After your session, you will receive a personalised health plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. This includes a complementary 15-minute online session or phone call to guide you through your plan and support you in implementing your health goals.
